2. After sales service: we will send experienced technicians to assist customers in installation, commissioning, acceptance, performance acceptance test, operation, maintenance, etc. to ensure the normal operation of each product, and carry out common sense training on the use and maintenance of the equipment. In case of quality problems in product construction and operation, the user shall be informed of the solution and time within 1 hour after receiving the user's feedback.
3. Emergency maintenance schedule: arrive at the maintenance site 4 hours after receiving the user's phone or written notice in the province, and 48 hours after receiving the user's phone or written notice outside the province.
4. Technical training and quality assurance measures:
(1) After the equipment is processed, Party A's operation and maintenance personnel are invited to Party B's workshop for on-site supervision and training.
(2) After the equipment arrives at Party A's construction site, Party B's after-sales service will go to the site to carry out equipment installation and commissioning, technical disclosure and coordination with the installation unit.
(3) The company's products have passed ISO9000 certification, and the selected components and parts are purchased from regular suppliers in strict accordance with the requirements of the design drawings, so as to ensure the consistency with the design, thus ensuring the stability and reliability of product quality.
5. Service fee: during the warranty period, the products provided by the company will be replaced free of charge due to quality reasons.
