1. The AC withstand voltage test shall be carried out by an experimental enterprise approved by the local power supply system unit. The test specifications meet the requirements of Chinese standards, local power supply system units and commodity technical documents.

2. Experiment content: high voltage switchgear structure, bus duct, high voltage arrester, high voltage porcelain pot, transformer, voltage transformer, various power switches, etc.

3. Regulation content: overcurrent automobile relay regulation, time controller, signal relay regulation and mechanical equipment interlocking regulation.

4. Adjust the small wire for secondary operation and conduct simulation experiments, and tighten all the screws of the terminal block again.

5. Insulation layer detection: use 500V grounding resistance test equipment to detect the resistor of each control circuit at the terminal board, and the resistor must exceed 0.5c Ω.

6. If there are crystal triodes, integrated circuit chips and electronic components in the secondary small line control circuit, a digital multimeter should be used to detect whether the control circuit is connected.

7. Connect temporary operation switching power supply and actual operation switching power supply; Remove the live line and neutral line above the control circuit breaker of the operation and actual operation switch power supply in the cabinet, and connect the temporary switch power supply.

8. Simulation experiment: according to the provisions of the engineering drawings, the operation, interlocking, actual operation, relay protection device and data signal posture of the respective simulation experiments are appropriate, accurate, smart and reliable.

9. Remove the temporary switching power supply and calibrate the removed power plug.
